» Day 01 : Aboard - Delhi

Arrive at Delhi, you would recieve an invigorating welcome from our representative at Indira Gandhi International Airport. He would be an amicable person with a friendly smile. Well versed in English, our representative would be holding a placard of your name. It would help you to recogonize him. His friendly gestures would definitely impress you. He would help you to transfer your baggage to the cab which would further transfer you to the nearest hotel.

In the hotel, you would recieve a warm welcome from the hotel staff. The hotel staff would transfer your baggage to your room. They would also hand over your keys. All you have to do is to hang a “ Not to Distrurb” tag outside your room door and enjoy the lavishness of the hotel. Overnight Stay in the hotel.

» Day 02 : Delhi Sightseeing

This day is exclusively meant for Delhi sightseeing. Delhi being the capital city of India boast great heritage and culture. The city boast Mughal architecture which is explicitly shown in the monumental heritage of Delhi. Red Fort, Jama Masjid and Qutub Minar are just the few architectural structures which make it a worth watch city. The colonial architecture of Rajghat and the India gate soothes the weary eyes. Later in the evening, we would resort back to our hotel where a scenic slide show on Indian heritage would be shown and later tasty food would be served. Overnight stay in the hotel.

» Day 03 : Delhi - Jaipur

After breakfast, we would leave for Jaipur, and it would take 3 and half hour to reach from Delhi. Jaipur is about 261 kms from Delhi and offers plentiful of experience to remember on way.We would take a short break on the way to have snacks.

Your room would be booked a good hotel. You would get a traditional Indian welcome from the hotel staff. We would reach Jaipur before lunch and would start our foray in the city after having a sumptous meal. The first on the list would be Amber fort which is 11 kms from the city. If time is left we would visit the nearest market. This would give you an opportunity to purchase some dynamic Jaipur products like the Tye and Dye and embroidered leather products. Return back to your hotel room. You would be served with hot food on demand. Overnight stay in the hotel.

» Day 04 : Jaipur- Pushkar - Ajmer

From Jaipur, we would cover some exotic pilgrimage destination which would include Pushkar and Ajmer. You would visit the famous Brahma temple, the only temple of the world. The temple remains open during October and November. You can enjoy the massive cattle fair of Pushkar and is also one of the renowned. Take a splurge into Pushkar lake, the lake is considered sacred and thereby is quite spiritualistic. In late afternoon, we would visit Ajmer and continue for Ajmer Dargah, which is 11 kms from Pushkar. We would have our dinner in the hotel and would be served with hot cuisine which would comprise of delicious Rajasthan dishes.

» Day 05 : Ajmer - Jodhpur

After our spiritualistic foray in Ajmer, we would leave for Jodhpur in the morning. Jodhpur is about 500 kms from Ajmer and it would take around 7 hrs to reach Jodhpur by cab/ coach. There would be hardly any time left for excursion, so the best thing we would opt for is rest. Later in the evening, a slide show presentation would be shown to us which would narrate us the legacies of Jodhpur. Our delicious Rajasthani food would be served on time.

» Day 06 : Jodhpur

This day we would actually plan our tour to Jodhpur. We would start our expedition after breakfast. The first thing that we would explore on our Jodhpur travel would be Meharangarh fort and then Jaswant Thada. Meharangarh Fort was founded in 15 th century by the Rathore Rajputs. The fort is approached by series of seven gateways set an angle.

As we move on to Jaswant Thada, another heritage piece of Jodhpur, our guide would inform you on various dimensions of Jaswant Thada. It is an impeccable Rajputana architecture, is a royal cenotaph which was constructed by Maharaja Sardar Singh. You would take your lunch in a good restaurant.

Post Lunch, we would make our move to yet another magnificent piece of Jodhpur history Umaid Bhawan Palace.The palace was constructed by H V Lanchester in 1943. The palace was converted into a heritage hotel. It is located 3 km Jodhpur domestic airport and just 5 kilometres from Jodhpur railway station. The palace hotel also have a museum which comprises of artifacts which belong to its enticing past.

Late evening, we would resort back to our hotel. Hot delicious food would be served and we would be a shown a puppet show along with our dinner. The puppet show would narrate us the legacies of the various Jodhpur stories. From your dinner table, you would straight away move to your room as the next day we have to start our travel to Jaisalmer.

» Day 07 : Jodhpur - Jaisalmer

In the morning itself, we would start our trip to exciting desert city, Jaisalmer. This desert city is 295 kms from Jodhpur and is quite precious on Rajasthan map. It would take 4 hrs to reach Jaisalmer from Jodhpur . We would have our breakfast on way. We would resort to our hotel where you would receive a warm welcome. Your baggage would be transferred to your room. Without wasting time we would leave for Jain temples. The temple is dedicated to Jain Tirthankara. The most famous of all is the Paraswanathji temple. These temples remain open from morning 12 AM till the afternoon.

Post lunch, we would visit Gaddissar Lake to enjoy the beauty of serene lake. The lake is an ideal picnic spot and the tourists just love to be here. From lake, we would leave for our hotel where you would be shown various cultural programs. You can also enjoy tribal music while having a sumptuous dinner. Try out various Rajasthani delicacies which could include like Dal Batti Churma, a delicious Rajasthani cuisine.

» Day 08 : Jaisalmer Sightseeing

This day we have schedule expedition to Jain temples. We would move out after breakfast. The temple is dedicated to Jain Tirthankara. The most famous of all is the Paraswanathji temple. These temples remain open from morning 12 AM till the afternoon.

In the later evening, we would move out to explore the famous Khuri village. A camel safari ride would give us a perfect way to explore the golden sands of Jaisalmer. Your stay would be arranged in camps and under the open sky and would be shown number of cultural programs. The performance given to us by the local artists and musicians is phenomenal and significantly enthralls every body. Overnight stay in the camps.

» Day 09 : Jaisalmer - Udaipur

In the morning, we would come back to our hotel, freshen up and board our cab/coach to Udaipur. Udaipur is termed as the romantic city of Rajasthan. Your breakfast would be served on way. Your rooms would be booked in good category hotel / or hotel of your choice.

Freshen up and leave for exploration. The first one we are going to explore is City Palace, one of the richest palace museum in entire Rajasthan. Then we would visit Eklingi temples This temple is 24 kms from Udiapur. This is a 15 th century temple and houses Lord Shiva Idol. Since you are on your North India pilgrimage tour, your visit to Eklingi temple is must.

Resort back to your hotel. Pack your bags in the evening as next day we would leave for Agra.

» Day 10 : Udaipur- Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

We would leave for Agra, after breakfast. En route Agra, falls another minor destination but an important one - Fatehpur Sikri. Missing this spot could be a loss for you as this captures some phenomenal tourist spots. In Fatehpur Sikri, we would have ample of things to explore like the Bulund Darwaza, Panch Mahal, Diwani-aam and Jodi Bai's palace. From Fatehpur Sikri, we would leave for Agra, where we would have booked your room in the hotel of your choice. Since we won't be left with much time, expedition would be out of our list. Probably, a visit to near by bazaar ( market) would exciting. Definitely, as this would let you know the real India as you come across the varied Indian people. Return back to hotel in Agra and sleep tight after a good meal.

» Day 11 : Agra Sightseeing

The morning would be quite important for you as you would explore Taj Mahal, a World Heritage Site. This museoluem was created in love by Shahjahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Just two kms from Taj Mahal is Agra fort and one just cannot happen to miss it. Post lunch we would visit Sikandra.

» Day 12 : Agra - Gwalior

Gwalior is situated 118 kms from Agra. We would take Shatabdi from Agra. In Gwalior, we would explore the famous Gwalior fort, the Scindia palace and the Gurjari Mahal. Gwalior fort is a 15 th century edifice and was constructed by Raja Mansingh Tomar.

» Day 13 : Gwalior - Khajuraho

In the morning, board the Shatabdi Express to travel the medieval village of Orchcha. Visit Jahangiri Mahal and the Raja Mahal, the Laxminarayana Temple. After lunch, start for Khajuraho by road. Check in at the hotel.

» Day 14 : Khajuraho - Varanasi

In the morning you are guide to the Khajuraho temples to have that elusive vista of the 'World Heritage Site' of famous erotic sculptures. Visit the eastern and western group of Khajuraho temples. Transferred to the airport to catch your flight to Varanasi. From Khajuraho it is just 40 minutes air distance. Check in the hotel for overnight stay.

» Day 15 : Varanasi - Delhi

Morning at early sunrise, drive to the banks of the river Ganges for a boat cruise to watch the golden sun rising from the horizon. Enjoy the magnificent Ghat temples and the holy men taking dip in the holy Ganges. The boat ride starts from Dasashwamedh Ghat and ends at Manikarnika Ghat along the sacred Ganges. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath temple, the Gyanvyapi kund, and the mosque attached to it. Return to your hotel for breakfast.

Later in the day, you visit the Benares Hindu University, the largest residential university in India, after wards there is an excursion tour to Sarnath city- a Buddhist pilgrimage center where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon to his first five disciples. You are then guided to the museum, which displays artifacts dating back to 3rd century BC. After visiting the nearby ruins of the ancient seat of learning in Sarnath you are transferred to the airport to return back to Delhi.

» Day 16 : Delhi

You arrival at Delhi is followed by a visit to the shopping hubs of the city. Enjoy shopping some of the rare artifacts and memento's to be carried as gift items. A lavish farewell dinner awaits you at night. You are finally transferred to the airport to catch your flight of departure.
