» Day 01 : Delhi

Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. From airport, our representative would drive you safely to your hotel. He would be friendly and would act as your guide on your Rajasthan tour. Well versed with English, he would try to make you happy in every way possible.

As you travel from airport to your hotel, you would be surprised to see a complex mix the city have. Just peep out of your cab window and see the differences in the two world. If you happen to visit Delhi, in early morning, then you would be able to watch how day starts in this intoxicating city. Newspaper man would be the person whom you might interact on any of Red light. He would be selling bestselling news papers of India. These newspaper would provide you all the genuine news on city and overall India.

It is going to be an amazing journey which you will take from Delhi airport to your hotel. Try to capture every bit of it as this what is India and this is where you have to live for next 14 days.

In hotel, you would get a traditional Indian welcome from the staff. Our representative would help you in dropping your baggage and other services as well. From the counter your bags would be transffered to your room by hotel staff and your room keys would be handed over to you.

» Day 02 : Delhi

This would be your first day when you would come out of your hotel room. After breakfast, you would visit some Old Delhi. Jama Masjid and Red fort would be two primary tourists spots which you would explore. Then you would also visit Chandni Chowk. The narrow lanes of Chandni chowk and the clumsy market make it a famous place. Enjoy a rickshaw ride over there. The bumps you would get here would be something never experienced before.

Post lunch, we would visit Akshardham Temple, an architectural marvel constructed in 21st centuary. Here we would book our tickets in Hall of Values, Boat Ride and Theatre which would approximately a four hrs program. Hall of Values is a Audio-Animatronics Shows which shows Sahajanand Darshan and is for 1 hrs duration. Entrance into the temple is free but you have to pay for the other lucatives which you are going to see.

(It is quite possible that we change the plan, and watch Akshardham temple first and then visit Old Delhi).

Boat ride is the best part of Akhsardham temples. Through boat ride, you could glimpse into India’s glorious heritage. The duration for this show is for 15 minutes. Later in the evening, we would resort to our hotel. Hot food would be served.

» Day 03 : Delhi/Agra

Next day, after breakfast, we would move to Agra. The city is 200 kms from Delhi and would take approx 3 hrs. A cab would drive you to Agra where we have arranged a good five star hotel for you. You will be served a non toxicating welcome drink on your arrival.

Agra is small city in Uttar pradesh, known much for housing one of the eight wonders of the world - Taj Mahal. Also a World Heritage Site, Taj Mahal tends to attract thousands of tourists’ from all over the world. Being one of the major attractions, this would be first on our exploration list.

In Taj Mahal, there are number of shops from where you can purchase soveniers for your loved ones. Small miniture Taj Mahal made in soft marble is quite in demand amongst the traveller. You can purchase it within the price range of Rs 50 - Rs 150, depending upon the quality of the marble used. It is quite possible that you are not allowed to take your video cameras.

More over on entrance you have to under go a thorough checking of the baggage you are carrying. Try to carry bare minimal stuff when you are going to Taj Mahal.

From Taj Mahal, we would move to explore Agra fort which is at a distance of 2 kms. Agra fort is a Mughal architecture and was partially converted into a palace during Shah Jahan's time. This massive fort is 2.5 kms long and is considered as the predecessor of the Delhi Red fort.

Later in the evening, you would come back to hotel. We would try to arrange a slide show presentation of Agra or Taj Mahal history. If not possible we would arrange a Taj Mahal movie made in Hindi with English subtitles with a candle lit dinner. This would make your beloved special and give you an opportunity to look glimpse at the past.

Resort back to your room and pack your bags as the next day we would leave for yet another heritage city of India - Jaipur.

» Day 04 : Agra/Jaipur

After breakfast, without delay, we would load ourselves in a cab/coach and drive towards Jaipur. The city is 250 kms from Agra and would take 5 hrs to reach. We have already arranged your room in one of the best hotels in Jaipur. Since it would be afternoon, we would recommend you to have your lunch and then move out on expedition

The first would be Amber fort. 11 kms from Jaipur city, we would drive you to Amber fort. This fort is located at a hill top and it would be really exciting for you to actually explore it. An elephant ride up the Amber fort would just be an exciting experience for you.

From Amber fort, you can get the panoramic view of the valley and the city which is situated close to it. It would take around 3 hrs to fully capture the beauty of Amber fort. Later in the evening, we would resort to our room and our food would be served.

» Day 05 : Jaipur

This is going to be your second day in Jaipur. After breakfast, we would drive you to Hawa Mahal. Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed so that the royal ladies could watch the processions and various activities taking place on the streets.

Near Hawa Mahal, we have the famous City Palace. Here you have the famous City Palace museum to watch. This city palace museum which houses artifacts and deposits of ancient India. The Complex comprises of many structures, courtyards, gardens and buildings.

We would have lunch outside in a good restaurant and then would try out Tripolia bazaar which is close to Hawa Mahal. From here you can purchase Tye dye stuff and Lac ornaments. Here you would get a unique oppurtunity to watch craftsman crafting their work.

Later in the evening, we would resort to our hotel where would arrange a puppet show. The puppet show is traditional art form of Rajasthan and unfolds the legacies of Rajasthan. It is going to be a 1 hr show. You food will served during the show itself.

» Day 06 : Jaipur/Bikaner

From Jaipur, our next stop would be Bikaner. Just 321 kms from Jaipur, Bikaner beholds the medieval charm of all Rajasthan. We would leave Jaipur after breakfast and by lunch we would manage to be in Bikaner. In Bikaner, we have booked your room in one of the five star deluxe hotels. A traditional welcome would be given. Your food would be served in your room and you would be given time to relax and freshen up.


Later in the evening, we would resort back to our hotel and would try to arrange a cultural fiesta where you could watch glimpses of Rajasthan through dance performances. Your food would be served. Resort back to your room and sleep tight as the next day is going to be quite hectic.

» Day 07 : Bikaner

On the second day, we would come back to our heritage tour. After breakfast, we would move out to explore the various monuments the city have.

In Bikaner, we would first visit the Camel Research & Breeding Farm. This farm is 8 kms from Asia and considered one of its kind in Asia. Here you can see the raring of camels and also watch how camels are trained. The time you are going to spend here is going to be exotic as it would come as sigh of relief in a heritage tour. It would be as if you have come for scientic relevation.

Lalgarh Palace , Junagarh Fort and Ganga Golden Jubilee Museum are some of the best known tourists spots which we are going to explore.

In the evening, we would try to visit a nearby village. Villages in Rajasthan are rich repository of culture. We would arrange a house where you can spend your evening. People of Rajasthan are quite homely and friendly to their guest. They carry, the mantra of ‘Athitho Dev Bhava’, Guest is God. They will serve you Rajasthani food. The food served might be spicy but we are sure that you would like everything as their hospitality is going to be immpeccable.

Resort back to your hotel and you would be served with a drink so that you can shed off your tiredness.

» Day 08 : Bikaner/Jaisalmer

After breakfast, we would board on our cab and leave. Our next stop would be Jaisalmer. Post Lunch, We would be in Jaisalmer and would resort to one of the five star hotels in Jaisalmer. Your baggage would be transferred to your room and you would be handed your keys.

Later in the evening we have arranged a bonfire for you. This bonfire would be a cultural fiesta where you would get a chance to come close to Rajasthan. It is going to be an outdoor schedule and you would spend your night in camp gazing the stars. Your bed would be on a slipery golden sands which tends to grey as the sun sets.

» Day 09 : Jaisalmer

Return to your hotel. Freshen up and get ready for your breakfast. After breakfast, we would venture out. First and foremost would be a camel safari. This camel safari would cover the certain area of Thar desert and would also enable you to take a glimpse of villages situated on the golden sands.

Most of the village houses are temporary built and are yellow in colour. They are generally painted with yellow sandstone powder. These people are very fond of raring an breeding mammals like goat . Number of goats tends to decide how opulent your are. More goats, richer you are.

While on your safari, you would see number of Rajasthani women, cladded in Lehanga Choli and Dupatta (embroderied skirts and blouses) carrying pot holes on their head. Since it is a desert area, water is scarecely available; these females fetch water from the nearest well.

On your desert safari don’t forget to carry your sunglasses and hats. Put on lot of suncreen lotion so that you can guard your skin.

Post Lunch we would visit the magnificent havelis of Jaisalmer. These havelis of Jaisalmer are perfect tourist attractions to watch. Later, in the evening, you would resort to your hotel and your food would be served. Sleep tight.

» Day 10 : Jaisalmer/Jodhpur

After breakfast, we would drive to another city of Rajasthan- Jodhpur. The distance between the two cities is approximately 290 kms and it would take 4 to 5 hrs drive from Jaisalmer. Pre lunch, we would be in Jodhpur and we would get an invigorating welcome from the hotel booked

We would take our lunch in the hotel and relax for an hour or two. We would visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, a magnificent piece of history. This architectural marvel took 15 years to complete. Now turned into a heritage hotel, it still carries the legacy of the Rajput rulers who ruled it.

Resort back to hotel. Dine out the resort hotel and have a sound sleep to face another exciting day.

» Day 11 : Jodhpur

After breakfast, we would opt a morning safari in Osian. It a famous desert town in Jaisalmer. Set out on a tour to Osian located at a distance of 55 kilometers from the main Jodhpur city and treat yourself to acres of gold dunes with glittering blue-green peacocks dancing on them. Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada would be other attractions in Jodhpur which we would be exploring on our Rajasthan travel. Resort to hotel. Your food would be served in the hotel itself.

» Day 12 : Jodhpur/Udaipur

In the morning, we would leave for Udaipur. In Udaipur, we would resort to a best hotel. The first thing that we are going to do in Udaipur would be shopping. This would provide you a bit of relaxation and quite obviously the female members are going to love it. Hathi Pol, Bada Bazaar, Chetak Circle, Bada Bazaar and Palace Road forms some of the major market on Rajasthan tour.

Post lunch, we would visit Ranakpur temples, one of the five most important pilgrimage sites of Jainism. It would take you two - three hrs to completely spectacle the beauty of Ranakpur temples.

Evening, we would resort to hotel for a slide show which would show us the various dimension of Udaipur as a city. Your dinner would be served in the restaurant itself.

» Day 13 : Udaipur

Freshen up and head towards the restaurant for your breakfast. Don’t forget to take your camera and other necessary things which you need while exploring. Directly from restaurant, we would board our cab and drive for City Palace.

This City Palace is unlike Jaipur and is located in midst of Pichola Lake. To reach City Palace, you have to take a boat ride on the Lake.

After City Palace, we would also visit Saheliyon-Ki-Bari. Saheliyon-Ki-Bari or 'Garden of the Maids of Honor' in English is a beautiful garden in the town. Once it used to be a rarefied place where royal ladies used to come for a stroll.
Then in the evening, we would resort back to our hotel .

» Day 14 : Udaipur/Delhi

Just after breakfast, without delay we would cover Eklingi and Nagda temples. Eklingi temples are beautifully carved temples and are dedicated to Lord Shiva. These temples would give you a beautiful chance to take a glimpse into yore days. Post lunch, you would take a flight from Udaipur to Delhi. And from Delhi domestic airport, you would be directly transfered to international airport.
