Open your eyes in the most

If you want to visit Varanasi and feel the whole spiritual
aura in the city , you would have to start early in the
morning. The life on the ghats ( river bank) starts in wee
hours. Take your cameras and take lots of unique and rare
photographs on the bank of river Ganga the most sacred and
pious river of the country in Hindu religion. In Varanasi
there are many ghats and every one has its own importance and
way of religious activities. A boat ride in river Ganga is so
exciting and filled with a unique experience of watching
numerous sights on the ghats. Floating flowers in the water,
people taking bath , washing their clothes and utensils used
in Pooja ( worship), priests performing Pooja and other
religious ceremony and so many more makes a picture of perfect
Indian pilgrimage sight. The photographs you take here there
going to be a lifetime memory and a witness of a unique
experience of visit in India. After boating we would go to
visit the Kashi Vishvanath Temple , the most visited temple of
the town. After visiting other temples enroute we would go for
lunch in a typical Banarasi dhaba, which offer authentic Noth
Indian cuisine at a very reasonable cost. After lunch dont
forget to have Banarasi Paan (famous local delicacies , beatle
) Post lunch drive towards Jagnnath Temple near the Assi ghat
and Lakshminarayan Panchratna Mandir , also near the Assi Ghat
, in the same area. After visitng these temples we would take
you to the local market of the city. Varanasi is famous for
Varanasi Saree , a traditional ethnic female wear and silk.
These are the must buy items while shopping in Varanasi. We
suggest you to buy some silk clothes and sarees as souvenir
for your loved ones.
In the evening we would gather on the bank of river Ganga to
see the famous Aarti of Varanasi. Keep your cameras all set as
you are going to have some breathtaking pictures which you
have never taken before. The Aarti at Ganga ghat is the most
auspicious ceremony in Varanasi and a spiritual experience of
your lifetime.
In the night we would return back to hotel and have dinner.

Get up early in the morning.
Breakfast is ready on your order. After breakfast pack your
bags and get into the car. We would drive towards Gorakhpur
Railway station to catch the train for Balrampur, another
sight of Buddhist pilgrimage. Board into the first class Ac
coach which we have already reserved for you. We would reach
Balrampur in the afternoon. Transfer to our pre booked hotel
from Railway station. After lunch in the hotel we would go out
to visit the famous sights in the city.
The religious sites in and around the city are the main
attractions of tourists here. Sahet, a nearby place on the
Sravasti road, is famous for its collection of ancient ruins.
We would stop here for some time and visit the place. You can
take photographs of these historical evidences. Later on we
would drive towards the Rapti River, a little north of Sahet,
lies the ancient city of Mahet. The fortified entrance to
Mahet is constructed in a beautiful crescent shape. Then there
is the well-known temple, Sobhnath temple, which houses the
great Stupas.These Stupas reflect the Buddhist tradition and
boast of the history of the monasteries here in Balrampur,
which you can see through these ancient historical sights.
In the evening we would visit Jeetavana monastery, one of the
oldest monasteries in the country is said to be one of the
favorites sites of Gautam Buddha. Nearby there is also a
sacred tree of Peepal. It is said that the tree is a sapling
from the original Bodhi Tree at Bodh Gaya. Another site of
great religious importance in the city is Srasvati. It is said
that Mahavira Jain, the founder of Jain religion, 'influenced'
this place. It houses the famous Shwetambar temple. Return
back to the hotel in the night. Dinner is served on your
arrival. Sleep after dinner.
