Monnet Ispat Limited was incorporated in 1994. The principal activities of the company are to manufacture and market sponge iron, steel and ferro alloys. In addition, it is engaged in mining of coal and power generation for captive consumption. For the manufacturing purpose, the company has two workstations in Chhattisgarh state. Its portfolio of ferro-alloys includes vital alloys such as Ferro Manganese (Fe-Mn) and Silico-Manganese (Si-Mn) they are supplied in shapes and forms from billets and ingots to powders, fillers and allied reinforcements. The Company presently generating 150 Megawatt of power from its Raipur and Raigarh Plant for consumption and sale.
