The Company was incorporated on 16th November, 1988 as Nouveau Consultancy Services Private Limited, under the Act. The Company was later issued a fresh certificate of incorporation, on 10th February, 1995, by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, consequent to the change of name to Nouveau Finance pvt. Ltd. It was later converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Nouveau Finance Limited by passing a Special Resolution in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 24th June, 1995 and a fresh Certificate of, Incorporation was obtained from the Registrar on 11th July, 1995.
