Rohit Pulp & Paper Mills (ROHITPUL), incorporated on Jul. 25, 1960, is in the process of restructuring business activities. It is part of the Rohit group, which also included Gujarat Propack. Manufacturing activities have been stopped from May 2003 at its facilities in the Union Territory of Daman and Valsad in Gujarat, which had developed capacity to produce pulp and various types of writing and printing papers. The company has sold all its assets and has undertaken to change its object clause to commence realty development.
