Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of two-for-one twisters (TFO), automatic cone winders (ACW), precision propeller assembly winders (PW) and random assembly winders (AW). The Company has two segments: Engineering and Windmill. Engineering segment is engaged in manufacturing textile machinery. Windmill segment is engaged in the generation of power by wind energy. It is also engaged in the export of cotton yarn, through its subsidiary, Veejay Lakshmi Textiles Limited, to Egypt, Mauritius, Belgium, Italy, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea. During fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company installed 12,480 spindles. During fiscal 2010, the Company produced 695,427 kilograms of cotton yarn.
          The company is listed on BSE and NSE.
