The company has been restructuring activities, and besides the chemical sector, which has been the core business area for the promoters during the last 20 years, it has planned to enter the real estate business in a big way. It is negotiating for various sites in Delhi and the National Capital Region to develop commercial projects. As the Master Plan 2021 has been announced in Delhi and zonal lay out plans are under process, it will benefit with the available land stock. Several amalgamations with the company are in the process of getting statutory approvals. In FY07, the company received the final installment for its commercial project at Sector-9, Rohini, New Delhi. Income has also been generated income through the investment of available working capital and advertisement.
