Established in the year 1962 and inaugrated by the late Prime Minister of India Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum is one of the units of National Council of Science Museums an autonomous organisation under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Taramandal Show, Commemorative Programme, Science Demonstration Show, Sky Observation Programme, Popular Science Lecture and engineering fair are held and conducted in this musuem and it is worth visiting for the upcoming and emerging students. Commemorative ProgrammeExcept on Ganesh Chaturthi and Deepavali it is opened on al days between 10am to 6pm.
