Nehru Zoological Park

Nehru Zoological Park was opened in 1963 and located near Mir Alam Tank in Hyderabad. It is famously known as Hyderabad Zoo. It is spread over 380 acres and it is the third most visited  destination in hyderabad. The zoo has various types of mammals and animals like  gaur, orangutan, crocodile, python, kangaroos, antelopes.

The timings are on month basis :- April to June:- 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
July to March:- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. On monday the zoo is closed

Rs. 20 for adults, Rs. 10 for children

Train Ride Fees :-  Rs. 15 for adults, Rs. 5 for children

Maharaja Elephant Ride Fees :- Rs. 50 for adults, Rs. 50 for children

There are multiple attraction in this zoo which can be enjoyed like  Lion Safari, Tiger Safari, Bear Safari, and Butterfly Safari. The most enjoyable is the train and elephant ride.
