Shri Monjee temple

This Hindu place of worship is another example of a religious place that brims in religious fervor and devotion. Situated at about 15 km from the main city of Mapusa, it is a both a preferred tourist destination and at the same time an important pilgrimage place as well. The  Shri Monjee temple  enshrines the deities of Bogheshwar and Baba Kanakeshwar.
