Jawaharlal Nehru biological park- This is also one of the best and the most picturesque and natural ecologies in the biological park.  The zoo is renowned for the various flora and fauna and at the same time is also one of the most enriched ecologies in the region. Built in the starting and the mid nineties the park is known for the variety of plants and animals and also for the flora and fauna and the big cats that are visible in the area.  The zoo is also a breeding ground for the royal Bengal tiger and the Asiatic lion that is considered to be few in numbers. The Jawaharlal Nehru national park is also known as one of the safest ground for the breeding of the species that are under the danger of extinction.

Bokaro Steel Plant-   The fourth integrated plant in the public sector and in the steel city the Bokaro steel plant was started in the year 1959. The plant was started with the United Sovereign of Soviet Republic and the Government of India. Major coal fields are also known for the coal fields. Tourists are also allowed to visit the steel plant at a stipulated time. As such the Bokaro Steel plant is also housed with housing facilities and also the industrial quarters allocated for tourists.

Ganga Dam and Parshavnath Hills- Bokaro is situated on the picturesque hills of the and is situated on the southern banks of the river. On the north is situated the Parshavnath hills.

City Park- The well maintained city park is as an important tourist destination in the city. The city park is situated next to the artificial lake and as such is also known for the for recently for the three islands that were artificially created.

This city is known as Steel city does not have an array of places to visit however the city has few and good places to visit.
