Located in the Dalma hills, 13 km from the main city is known for its dense forests and wildlife ecology that is spread all across. The 195 sq km wildlife sanctuary is also known for the ecology and the wildlife that abounds in the natural habitat and flora and fauna. here is also a Lord Shiva temple in the sanctuary, which is visited by devotees during Shivaratri. This wildlife sanctuary has Tata Steel and Forest Department guesthouses for accommodating travelers. The best time to visit this wildlife sanctuary is between October and June.
