Wai- Wai is located on the banks of the river Krishna and is an important tourist city in Nearby rgion of Panchgani. Geographically Wai is surrounded by Seven Ghats that include Gangapuri, Madhi Aali, Ganpati Aali, Dharmapuri, Brahmanshahi, Ramdoh and Bhimkund. Wai is also known for the temples that are nestled in these beautiful and imposing ghats. The landscapes of Wai is dominated by the hilllocks, majestic and cascading waterfalls. The main temples and religious places of worship in the city include Chakreshwar, Kaleshwar,Chimneshwar,Kaunteshwar, Ramkund in Ramdoh ghat and Mahalaxmi temple hat are situated at various postions along the seven ghats that adorn the landscape of Wai.
