Sindhudurg also has some of the oldest and yet temples namely the Saibaba temple and the Navdurga temple at Redi. The other places to see in Sindhudurg include Tilari Dam and the Napane waterfall that attracts tourists from all over. The best time to visit Sindhudurg is from October and continues till about March. The subtropical climatic condition are not taxing on the tourists however during this specified time offers pleasant climate specially towards the evening.

Sindhudurg would be incomplete with Malwan cuisine.
