Each grave in the cemetery has a tombstone of the martyrs who laid down their lives. The Kohima Cemetery has graves of individuals with different nationalities. Naga heritage Village- The Nagaland heritage village is located about 12 kms from the city of Kohima. The Naga heritage village comes alive during the Hornbill festival. The objective of having the heritage village is to preserve the rich heritage and culture of the people of Nagaland. For this purpose the Village houses individuals of different tribes. As mentioned Naga village come s alive with the Hornbill festival which is conducted on the first week of December. Inatnki Wildlife Sanctuary- The Inatnki Wildlife Sanctuary is situated at 111 kms from the city of Kohima.
