Rose Garden
The Rose Garden is also known as the Dr Zakir Rose garden that was established in the year 1967.It is considered as the largest rose garden in Asia and is filled with a wide variety of close to 17000 plants and close to 1,600 variety of roses. The garden, apart from roses, has a variety of plants and trees such as bahera, yellow-gulmohar and camphor, some of which are medicinal as well. A major cultural event, known as the Rose Festival, is organised here in the months of February and March.
