Arthuna Stone temple

This area is known for a cluster of temples of  Hindu and Jain temples dating back to the period between 10 to the 15th century and also regarded as a marvel of architecture. Although most of the monument and the architecture is in deplorable condition the temple is also known as Nilkantha Mahadeo temples. This ancient temple is known for the architecture and the intricate carvings and the sculpted figures that still remains and exhibit the Highmark of architectural styles.



There is also known for the sculpture of the bull Nandi that stands at the main entrance of the temple. There are also the ruins of an old jain temple known as Digambar Jain temple also known as the Arthuna stone temple. From the particular place they were found as many 49 idols in the Padmasana and Khadgasna posture.
