Ujjayanta Palace

This Palace a symbol of the capital city of Tripura was constructed by Maharaja Radha Kishore Manikya. Completed in the year 1901 and roughly costing about 10 lakh the monuments are also an architecture marvel. The reason for this is the Palace confirms to distinctive styles and thoughts of architecture that is the Mughal, Indo Greek, and the pillars bearing the resemblance to the roman style, the domes to the South Asian etc.

Ujjayanta Palace

The other features of the interiors include the tiles of the palace and the hand carved wooden roofs.  The two storied mansions highest dome stands at an astounding 86 feet high and as such are also is marvel. The surrounding are lush green and the spotlights and fountains add further sheen to this heritage royalty.
